Brief Description:

In support to The Gambia's Internet Initiative,  the UNDP Gambia Country Office launched a parallel project, with a total budget of $100,000 to provide support the regional project monitoring and backstopping of the activities. This is being done through the nationally recruited project professional personnel, connectivity of targeted institutions within the UNDP Country programme and group training programmes on the use of the Internet.

Objectives:

#To establish capacity for project monitoring and technical backstopping of the Gambia Internet Initiative;

#To establish connectivity of identified national institutions to the Internet
